Declutter 2 5 Minute Guided Meditation
It felt impossible when I started my first 30 Day Declutter Challenge. Starting small is a great way to accomplish some small goals and see how it feels to have things organized.
Set a timer for 5-minutes and work hard on your project until it goes off. Don't look forward to another one, don't get distracted, just work your little buns off for five straight minutes. K?
5-Minute Declutter Challenges
- Go through your mail pile.
- Clean off the top of your bedroom end tables.
- Get rid of all tupperware without lids or stained/old.
- Clean all the trash and junk out of your car.
- Pick the area of your house that is most cluttered and give it 5 whole minutes.
- Clear out your medicine cabinet.
- Clean out a junk drawer.
- Clean out your refrigerator.
- Clean out your freezer.
- Go back to your most cluttered spot and give it 5 more minutes of decluttering.
